When dualistic thinking goes on overdrive, it can be limiting and wearing. Fixation on one’s point can migrate to pointlessness, and even that can become a fixation. In this talk, Mukti reminds us that we are not our thoughts and encourages us to sense what is aware of thinking. From this vantage of essential awareness, there is space to better observe and know the thinking mind and to support its harmony with life’s larger unfolding.
