What is it to truly arrive in meditation? In this guided meditation, Mukti shows how the sense of arriving comes by receiving all that is being transmitted inside and around us—with less and less effort. In this receiving, there may be a recognition of awareness and life joining, saturating one another until they are experienced as one and the same. (This 30-minute recording includes a guided meditation followed by a period of silence and a bell.)
Quote from this Download: “With this sense of arriving, there may also be an increased recognition of the environment as a whole. As the energies of mind and body are invited to be freed up from past and future, they may spontaneously take in a sense of the environment, inner and outer; inner and outer moving in rhythms and in vibration—all as one symphony of arising and passing.”
Recorded during the April 2013 Vajrapani silent retreat in Boulder Creek, California on April 26, 2013.
