INTRODUCTION TO THE TEACHINGS
THE JOURNEY OF SPIRIT IN HUMANITY

Our human journey of coming to know Spirit is made complete in the journey of Spirit coming to know and express itself in our human life and in our shared world. I welcome you to the teachings here, which are meant to facilitate these journeys and to further the union of human and Spirit natures, through processes of conscious realization and harmonization.
This union requires a willingness to see and question notions of one’s self, others, and the world, in order to revise or liberate the ideas and energies that instill a sense of adverse separation and division. Equally required is a willingness to sense what is present that is already eternally well, such that the essence of who we are that is expressive of Spirit might be made known and ever more manifest in our life.
Below you will find two short videos meant to help clarify how you are orienting to spirituality, and how you might further a sense of realization and union through the practices of meditation and self-inquiry. Meditation and inquiry have been paired throughout the centuries as a means to awaken and manifest Spirit. Awakening makes it possible for one to directly know formless Spirit and for Spirit to know itself in form.

FOUNDATIONS FOR SELF-KNOWLEDGE & EMBODIED EXPRESSION
The purpose of my teaching is to nurture the direct knowledge of who and what you are, and to also facilitate the expression of Self-knowledge. To this end, my teachings emphasize meditation and Self-inquiry. By combining a meditation practice of resting in a receptive, available state, with the practice of active inquiry, a true synergy is created, potentiating Self-realization and transformation.

The invitation to wakeful living is ever available, and perhaps never more needed. It is not an invitation to be taken lightly.
It is a true commitment that tends to go poorly without devoted dedication. Many shy away, yet often return to answer a call to spiritual satisfaction and satiation. May the following web offerings, and what they point to, be nourishment to content your appetites for peace and vitality, softness and strength, and love and wisdom. Such qualities are natural expressions of a great harmony, inherent within you and all of life. May this website be a virtual sanctuary for you to return to your Self, again and again.
